Dabei leistest Du „First und Second Level Support“. Fehler- und Problemmeldungen, die einen Spezialisten erfordern, bereitest Du auf und erfasst sie in unserem Ticketsystem.<o:p></o:p></p><p>Die Überwachung der zentralen Infrastruktur von Münchner Wissenschaftsnetz und LRZ, wie SuperMUC, Linux-Cluster und die Email-, Web-, Archiv- und Backup-Systeme gehören außerhalb der üblichen Geschäftszeiten zusätzlich zu Deinen Aufgaben. Von der Monitoring-Software erkannte Störungen klassifizierst Du und verständigst bei Bedarf einen verantwortlichen Administrator.
