lecture on tangent-bundle geometry today

I'm sorry to say I think I need to cancel the tangent-bundle geometry 
lecture today.  It's taking me much longer than I had anticipated to 
prepare my talk for tomorrow, so I think I need the time to finish that.

So I'll cover more of the background tangent-bundle geometry in my talk
