1.      Achtung, Phishing!


 

Derzeit ist die TUM wieder Zielscheibe gefährlicher Phishing-Mails: Die
Betroffenen werden vermeintlich im Namen des TUM-IT-Service dazu
aufgefordert, auf einen Link zu klicken, um ihr Mailkonto zu bestätigen und
auf eine neue Anti-Virus-Version zu aktualisieren. Klickt man auf den Link,
so gelangt man auf eine gefälschte Webseite, die dem Mailprogramm der TUM
täuschend ähnlich sieht. Hier soll man seine Zugangsdaten eingeben. Den
genauen Wortlaut der Phishing-Mail finden Sie unter

Wir haben folgende Empfehlungen für Sie, wenn Ihnen eine Mail seltsam
vorkommt und Sie unsicher sind:

·         Klicken Sie keinesfalls auf einen Link in der E-Mail.

·         Kontrollieren Sie kritisch, wohin ein Link führt, indem Sie den
Link aus dem Text heraus- und in Ihre Browserzeile hineinkopieren.

·         Löschen Sie die Mail, wenn der Link nicht vertrauenswürdig ist.

Das IT-Servicezentrum der TUM lädt Sie herzlich zu einem einführenden
Webinar „Online-Formulare erstellen mit Confiforms" am morgigen Dienstag,
den 24. Juli 2018, 13:00 Uhr ein. Im Rahmen der Webinarreihe „IT zum
Dessert“ zeigen wir Ihnen in ca. 15-20 Minuten:

 

·         Wie Sie einen Form-Space erhalten

·         Welche Berechtigungs-Möglichkeiten für Formulare gelten

·         Wie Sie ein Formular anlegen

·         Wie Sie die Formular-Daten einsehen und exportieren

·         Wie Sie Formulare mit mobilen Geräten nutzen

·         Und wo Sie mehr Informationen und Hilfe zu diesem Thema erhalten.

1. Beware of phishing mails


 

TUM is once again the target of dangerous phishing e-mails: those affected
are asked on behalf of the TUM-IT service to click on a link to confirm
their mail account and update to a new version of Anti-Virus. If you click
on the link, you get to a fake website, which looks very similar to the TUM
e-mail program. Here you are asked to enter your access data. The exact
wording of the phishing e-mail can be found at
http://www.it.tum.de/en/it-security/glossary/phishing-e-mails/list-of-curren
t-phishing-mails/. 

 

We have the following recommendations for you, if you are uncertain:

 

·         Under no circumstances click on a link in the e-mail.

·         Critically control where a link leads by removing the link from
the text and pasting it into your browser line.

·         Delete the e-mail if the link is untrusted.

2. Webinar "Online-Forms with Confiforms" on July 24, 2018


 

You need to collect data or organize a simple registration for an event? The
form should send a confirmation e-mail? Then the online forms with
Confiforms are just right for you.

 

The TUM IT Servicecenter cordially invites you to the webinar „
Online-Formulare erstellen mit Confiforms “ on Tuesday, July 24, 2018, 1:00
pm.

 

In only 15-20 minutes, we will show you step-by-step:

 

·         How to get a "form space" 

·         How to create a form

·         How to export the data out of the form

·         How to use the form with mobile devices

·         And where to find help and information on the topic.

 

This is how it works: You participate from the comfort of your computer
workplace - the only thing you need is a computer with Internet access, plus
loudspeakers or headphones.

We will answer any questions directly via chat at the conclusion of the
webinar. And in case you don't have time to participate, we will record the
webinar and provide it online at
