Dear colleagues, I don't know why Microsoft takes XML as a secret: The DTD (Document Type Defintion) is just a plain text file, but there isn't a predifined application for it in MS-Windows. Dear colleagues, if you have some problems into reading Cei.DTD, I can suggest you to download this programme ConText it's freeware . http://www.context.cx/ ConTEXT is a small, fast and powerful freeware text editor, developed mainly to serve as secondary tool for software developers. You can use Context which helps you to display the structure of file XML in a more correct way than Window notepad. There are some links where you can find the translations you need: German and Italian.
