Dear LMU Open Science Center community members

You are invited to the OSC’s annual members’ meeting, taking place on Monday July 21 from 16:00 to 18:15, with dinner afterwards.

The meeting will take place on Theresienstr. 39, room B 139 (LMU raumfinder link) and on Zoom. A calendar invitation is attached.

Agenda:

16:00 - Guest presentation: We will welcome the Head of Helmholtz Open Science Office, Dr. Mathijs Vleugel, to present the Helmholtz open science strategy and the activities of his office. This will be followed by discussions about possible strategies that can be implemented at the LMU. He will also join our dinner.
17:00 - OSC report: The OSC team will report on activities, new programs, and future plans. Members will share their updates.
18:00 - Election: New scientific board members will be voted for by OSC members
