Upd:HLRB-II: still partially unavailable

 Changes to this message: still partially unavailable
After the system crash from Aug. 9, HLRB-II is presently still
 partially unavailable. In particular, starting interactive jobs is
 suspended, and the CXFS file systems are not accessible on the login
 partition.
