Upd:HLRB-II: mostly returned to user operation

 Aenderungen an der Mitteilung: mostly running again
Dear users of the HLRB-II at LRZ,
 
 due to problems with the CXFS scratch file systems HLRB-II is presently
 not usable. We expect to return to user operation at approx. 17:30 on
 Aug. 26.
 
 Apologies for the disruption of your work.
