Upd:Update for 'UV2 and UV3 not available for batch jobs'

 Changes to this message: Update
Today's maintenance on UV is now complete, the batch queueing system in
 UV3 back in production. UV2 is reserved for hands-on sessions courses
 today and tomorrow, the jobs remain pending until Thursday.
