Linux Cluster: Delays in returning to user operation

Dear users of the cluster systems,
 
 Due to some necessary configuration changes on the cluster systems and
 some technical, only the following segments of the clusters have up to
 now been returned to user operation:
 
   * MPP cluster (excluding the interactive partition)
   * UV systems
 
 It may still take some time to properly restart the other segments.
