Job Vacancy: Parallel I/O Expert

LRZ operates one of the most powerful and energy efficient high
 performance computing systems in Europe as well as a
 heterogeneous-architecture Linux Cluster; on all of the HPC systems at
 LRZ, new methods and access patterns of using the I/O subsystems
 represent an increasingly challenging set of performance and
 quality-of-service problems. In order to develop methods, tools and
 policies that can adequately handle these situations, LRZ is looking
 for an
 
 Expert on Parallel File I/O
 
 Applications will be accepted until January 31, 2013. The position is
