Linux Cluster: sgi ICE in maintenance April 8-9

Due to an extended software maintenance, the SGI ICE system will be
 unavailable for user operation from April 8 (starting at 8:00 am) to 
 April 9. The SLURM queues will be phased out progressively (i.e. only
 jobs that will complete before the maintenance starts will be initiated
 from some point onward).
 
 After the maintenance, the job time run limit for ICE Jobs will be 
 increased from the present value of 48 to 144 hours.
