SuperMUC: Removal of legacy NAS mounts on December 1, 2013

Dear users of SuperMUC,
 
 The legacy mounts of the NAS file systems that were used as work and
 scratch areas on the migration system, and have been accessible in
 read-only mode since the integration of the migration system, will 
 become unavailable on December 1, 2013. Until then, any still needed
 data should have been archived on tape or transferred to the GPFS
 scratch or work directories.
 
 In particular, the environment variables $WORK_MIGRATION and
 $SCRATCH_MIGRATION will be deleted at the above date.
