Recently, LRZ has started operation of the new 394 TFlop/s CooLMUC3 Cluster with 64-way Intel Knights Landing (KNL) 7210-F many-core processors and Intel Omnipath interconnect.

CoolMUC-3 users in particular, but also all HPC users interested in the Intel Knights Landing many-core processor and the Intel Many Integrated Core (MIC) architecture in general, are encouraged to join the course:
