Linux Cluster: Altix 4700 unavailable for user operation

The Altix 4700 system (SGE parallel environment numa*) is still not
 available for user operation due to extensive hardware repairs.
 
 It will probably take at least a week until the machine goes up again.
 We will keep you updated of its status via this ALI.
