Linux Cluster: UV unavailable

Dear users of the Linux cluster,
 
 for presently unknown reason, both UV partitions (SLURM cells uv2 and
 uv3) have gone offline. We are investigating the cause, but do not know
 how long it will take to make the system available for user operation
 again.
