shouldn't we simply in these cases use the TEI element <listBibl>? I don't see, what phenomenon isn't covered by listBibl. Of course we should propose a taxonomy of attributes for listBibl. Should we distinguish too in the <diplomaticAnalysis> between <prints> and <facsimilia> as we did with <prints> and <regesta>? Or should we distuingish them by an attribute? Or should we omit the difference? Following the concept of <prints>, <regesta> I would propose the introduction of a new element <facsimilia>.
