As open research gains traction, this event explores its challenges, inequities, and transformative potential. We welcome abstracts (max. 500 words) for presentations and posters from researchers, policymakers, civil society organizations, and institutional representatives. Topics include philosophy, ethics, AI, infrastructure, training, legal frameworks, open research in the arts and humanities, and more.
