Im Rahmen der Vortragsreihe Professioneller IT-Betrieb in mittleren und grossen Umgebungen sind Sie zu den folgenden Vortraegen herzlich eingeladen (Anmeldung nicht erforderlich). Achtung: Der Vortragsblock dauert mehr als zwei Stunden und beginnt schon um 14: 15 Uhr. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- Unsere IT ist doch schon sicher. Wozu dann noch ISO 27.000? Marc Heinzmann (plan42 GmbH) Zu einer erfolgreichen Einfuehrung von ISO 27000 in der Unternehmens-IT ist ein mittleres bis grosses Projekt mit entsprechenden Kosten und Personalaufwand erforderlich. Der Vortrag stellt zuerst kurz vor, worum es sich bei ISO 27000 (evtl. auf Basis von IT-Grundschutz) handelt, und geht danach auf die unterschiedlichen Gruende ein, warum man ein derartiges Projekt in Angriff nehmen muss bzw. sollte. ------------------------------------------ Herr Heinzmann ist Mitgruender und Mitinhaber der Consulting-Firma " plan42". Im Bereich der IT-Security ist der Referent als Auditor fuer den "IT-Grundschutz" (BSI) und "ISO 27001" zertifiziert. ------------------------------------------ Der IT-Grundschutz des Bundesamts fuer Sicherheit in der Informationstechnik (BSI) ist eine Vorgehensmethodik, die sehr komplex und aufwaendig ist; sie eignet sich deshalb nur fuer mittlere bis grosse Organisationen. Einen Einstieg bietet der allgemein zugaengliche Webkurs "IT-Grundschutz". Daneben stellt das BSI den Leitfaden "IT-Sicherheit" auf Deutsch und Englisch allgemein zur Verfuegung. Es handelt sich dabei um eine leicht verstaendliche Schrift von ca. 50 Seiten, die kleinen bis mittleren Institutionen mit beschraenkten finanziellen und personellen Moeglichkeiten helfen soll, die eigene Sicherheit zu verbessern. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- Die Umsetzung von Compliance-Vorgaben in der Praxis Wer klaut in der Cloud? Wilfried Reiners (PRW Rechtsanwaelte) Der Vortrag befasst sich mit den existierenden Compliance-Regelungen und deren zum Teil schwierige Umsetzung in der Praxis. Stichworte hierzu: * Betriebssysteme laufen weltweit. Rechtssysteme nur innerhalb ihrer Jurisdiktion. * Wolken ziehen ueber Landesgrenzen, Rechtssysteme nicht. Was bedeutet dies fuer die Projektarbeit? Anhand konkreter Beispiele wird gezeigt, wie Datenschutz, Datensicherheit und Compliance zusammenwachsen. ------------------------------------------ Herr Reiners ist Gruendungspartner der Muenchner Kanzlei "PRW Rechtsanwaelte", die sich auf ausgewaehlte Gebiete des nationalen und internationalen Wirtschaftsrechts spezialisiert hat; der Branchenfokus umfasst die Bereiche IT / Medien, Werbung / Marketing, Technologie und Finance. Der Referent ist ausserdem Lehrbeauftragter an der europaeischen Privathochschule Munich Business School fuer das Fach "International Economic Netlaw und E-Commerce" (Wirtschaftsrecht) und Autor diverser Veroeffentlichungen zu Gebieten des IT-Rechts. Together with HLRB II, we will also have to retire the remote visualisation server RVS1. This is due to the fact that RVS1 uses the same infrastructure as HLRB II and when this infrastructure was switched off, RVS1 is no longer accessible. Please make sure that you archive all relevant data from the local storage "/extern" that you might still have on RVS1. The $HOME file system is currently the same on RVS1, HLRB II (login2.hlrb.lrz-muenchen.de) and SuperMIG, hence you do not need to migrate data from $HOME by yourself. If you are working at the LMU or the TUM and have urgent visualisation tasks, you can use the remote visualisation servers gvs1.lrz.de or gvs2.lrz.de that are part of the Linux Cluster at the LRZ (see https:// www.lrz.de/services/compute/antrag/ for details on how to get an account). Due to severe hardware problems, HLRB II will be switched off today, see http://www.lrz.de/services/compute/hlrb/aktuell/ali4135/. Together with HLRB II, we will also have to retire the remote visualisation server RVS1. This is due to the fact that RVS1 uses the same infrastructure as HLRB II and when this infrastructure was switched off, RVS1 is no longer accessible. Wegen einer TSM-Softwarewartung ist am Mittwoch, den 26.10.2011 von 9 Uhr bis ca. 15 Uhr mit Beeintraechtigungen bei den Tapemounts zu rechnen. In dieser Zeit koennte es zu Verzoegerungen bei Restore/Retrieve kommen. Note: Caused by software maintenance of a tape library, tape mounts will not be possible on Wednesday 26.10.2011 between 9:00 and 15:00. This could considerable delay retrieve/restore processes. 1. Netze mit virtuellen Firewalls des LRZ Zwischen 7:00 Uhr und 7:30 Uhr kommt es durch den Systemupdate der Firewallmodule zu ca. 5 Minuten Unterbrechung. Die Firewall- Verantwortlichen wurden bereits letzte Woche informiert. 2. Systeme mit privaten IP-Adressen, VPN, WLAN (Secomat) Zwischen 7:30 Uhr und 8:30 Uhr wird eine Konfigurationsaenderung am Secomat-Cluster durchgefuehrt, um das Problem mit der im Falle einer Sperrung oft nicht funktionierenden Umleitung auf eine Informationsseite zu beheben. Es koennte dabei zu Stoerungen kommen. 3. TUM Pasing, Baumbachstr. 7 Durch die Ersetzung der veralteten Switches wird es zwischen 7:45 Uhr und ca. 10:00 Uhr zu Unterbrechungen kommen. Betroffen sind auch Telefon- Verbindungen, da die TK-Anlage ueber das Datennetz angebunden ist.
